Frequently Asked Questions

Most requests are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity. Before any work begins, each request is reviewed by a senior engineer and assigned a clear delivery estimate, ensuring predictable execution and transparent timelines.

After subscribing, you'll receive access to your private StackBoard workspace. Submit your first request, and a senior engineer will review the scope, confirm requirements, and provide a clear delivery estimate before execution begins.

CodexCentral is founder-led by Roberto Silva, a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and AI Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience. Every request is reviewed and delivered through a senior-only engineering workflow designed for scalability, maintainability, and long-term product growth.

We partner with startups, SaaS companies, and product teams across the United States and Latin America. Whether you're validating an MVP, scaling a product, or expanding engineering capacity, we provide senior-level execution without the complexity of growing internal teams.

No. You can submit unlimited requests through StackBoard. Work is prioritized and delivered according to your subscription's engineering capacity, with each request reviewed and scoped before execution begins.

You can pause your subscription whenever needed. Any unused service days remain available and can be resumed later, giving you the flexibility to align engineering capacity with your roadmap and priorities.

Large projects are divided into manageable phases and delivered incrementally through StackBoard. Each phase is reviewed, scoped, and estimated in advance, providing clear visibility into priorities, timelines, and progress.

Our engineering team works with modern technologies including React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and PHP. We also build AI-powered systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, vector databases, and custom automation workflows.

We specialize in engineering and software delivery. Clients typically bring designs, wireframes, or product requirements, and we transform them into scalable, production-ready software. While design is not part of our service offering, we provide strategic guidance during onboarding and delivery to help ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution.

All work is requested through your private StackBoard workspace. Submit requirements, designs, specifications, bug reports, or project ideas, and our team will review, scope, and prioritize each request before development begins.

Anyone you authorize can submit requests through your StackBoard workspace. You can invite founders, product managers, engineers, or other stakeholders and collaborate through a single shared workflow.

Revisions are a normal part of the process. We work collaboratively through StackBoard to review feedback, make adjustments, and ensure the final delivery aligns with the approved requirements and scope.

Our services are focused on software engineering and technical execution. We do not provide standalone visual design, branding, marketing, or other non-software services. If a request falls outside our expertise or supported workflows, we'll let you know during the scoping process.

No problem. You can subscribe for a single project, feature, or technical initiative. After delivery, you can keep submitting requests, upgrade capacity as needed, or pause your subscription until you're ready to continue.

We take confidentiality seriously. Projects are managed through private workspaces with controlled access, all team members operate under confidentiality agreements, and clients retain full ownership of their code and intellectual property. Mutual NDAs can be signed upon request.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, as engineering capacity is reserved specifically for your account. To provide flexibility, you can pause your subscription, change plans, or resume services whenever needed.

Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Many clients start with a single project, sprint, or technical initiative and continue, pause, or cancel renewal based on their needs.

Absolutely. As your product, team, or priorities change, you can move between plans to match your required engineering capacity. Any plan changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and it won't renew automatically.

Yes. While StackBoard is reserved for active clients, we can share a walkthrough of the platform and explain how requests, delivery, and collaboration work before you subscribe.

Yes. We regularly work with existing codebases. Whether you need refactoring, optimization, new features, integrations, or architectural improvements, we'll review the system, assess complexity, and define the best path forward before development begins.

Absolutely. We specialize in AI-first development and build intelligent features using technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, AI agents, automation workflows, and custom LLM integrations.
