Most requests are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on complexity. We evaluate each task during intake to provide a clear timeline before starting.

Once you subscribe, you'll receive a welcome email with an activation link. This link will prompt you to create your login credentials.
After that, you'll gain access to your private workspace in our StackBoard platform, where you can create your first project and submit your requirements. We'll review everything, ask any follow-up questions if needed, and get started right away.

Codex Central is founder-led by me, Roberto Silva — Senior Fullstack Engineer and Solutions Architect. I lead every project directly, and while I may involve collaborators when needed, I stay hands-on to ensure consistency, quality, and clear communication.

Codex Central works primarily with U.S.-based startups and growing businesses that need senior-level development without hiring overhead. If a request is too large for a single delivery cycle, we'll break it into manageable phases and deliver them iteratively. You'll always be kept in the loop on progress and timelines.

I also integrate AI-powered solutions with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and vector databases to create smart automations and intelligent user experiences.
If you have a preferred stack, I adapt easily — my focus is always on clean, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Codex Central focuses exclusively on software development — frontend, backend, mobile, and desktop. I bring your project to life from your existing designs and specifications, but visual design work is not included. You'll need to provide finalized designs from your own designer or another source before development begins.

All requests are submitted through your private workspace in our StackBoard platform. You can attach wireframes, screenshots, brand guidelines, or just fill out a quick brief with the essentials. Once your request is in, I personally review it and handle the development from there.

To keep communication streamlined and efficient, only one designated person from your team will handle all interactions and requests.
This helps ensure clarity, avoid overlaps, and keep everything organized in one central place.

No problem. Unlimited revisions are included in every plan. Just share your feedback and we'll refine the work until it meets your expectations.

Yes — Codex Central doesn't handle DevOps, server administration, or maintaining outdated legacy systems. Our focus is on modern frontend and backend development for web, mobile, and scalable digital products.

No problem at all. You can subscribe for just one month, submit your request, and pause your subscription once it's completed.
When you're ready with more work, simply resume. It's that simple—and completely flexible.

Your project's privacy and security are top priorities. All information is handled with strict confidentiality throughout the engagement. For additional assurance, I'm happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to formally protect your data and ideas.

Due to the nature of the work, we don't offer refunds. However, you can pause your subscription or request revisions to make sure you get full value from your plan.

Yes. All our plans are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to start with Codex Launch, Scale, or Apex based on your needs. Some clients subscribe for a month to validate an MVP or ship key features, while others continue long-term for ongoing development. You're always in control — pause, upgrade, or return when new priorities arise.

Want to step away completely? You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you'll still have access to your private workspace and project history until the end of your current billing cycle—no disruption, no data loss.
